Are you ready to take the next step in your Quantity Surveying career we are looking for a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our team, supporting major projects and ensuring financial success through strong commercial management. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with the Commercial Manager/Senior QS to ensure margins are maintained and risks are effectively managed. Your role will cover the full spectrum of commercial activities on site, including: Managing and submitting contractual notifications (EWNs, CEs, etc.) in a timely manner Preparing quotations for Compensation Events (CEs) and supporting programme development Drafting and negotiating subcontracts, as well as administering supplier and subcontractor contracts Supporting applications for payment, valuations, and invoicing processes Contributing to Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs), reporting requirements, and financial timetables Providing commercial advice to minimise liabilities and optimise profitability across projects You will have the following qualifications & experience: Previous experience in a post-graduate QS role Minimum HNC/Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or related discipline Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Experience with NEC3/NEC4 contracts It’s great if you also have the following Background in industrial services or engineering sector Experience working for a main contractor or subcontractor Membership of a professional body (e.g., RICS) Evidence of risk and change management Mandatory (site work): CCNSG or CSCS MAPS/Operatives card Millbank Holdings Ltd is an equal opportunities employer committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workforce.
