We are looking for a motivated Production Manager to join a market leading company in the UK. You will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. The position will appeal to a strong manager looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.
Role Description
1. Promotes and manages a health and safety culture across site. Ensuring all activities on site comply with H&S regulations and guidelines. Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to.
2. Ensure all product produced on and leaving site meets the agreed quality standards
3. Ensure site is running at maximum efficiency and fully achieving production plans
4. Ensure site is running in line with budget requirements and targets
5. Working with all departments across the business to instil and develop a continuous improvement ethic that focuses on driving down cost and improving quality
