On offer is an opportunity for a Quality Engineer wanting to progress into a management role where you can play a huge part in enacting improvements within an organisation and mentoring a team of engineers, while being recognised as a leader in your field.
This company are a family run organisation that have been established for more than 70 years, specialising in the manufacture of bespoke products for clients across the UK.
On offer is a role with fantastic progression, where you will be split 50/50 between managing 4 direct reports of Quality Engineers / Inspectors, and leading and improving Quality processes within the business.
This role would suit a Quality Engineer or Quality Manager from an Engineering or Manufacturing background who is looking to step into a Management role with a well-respected family run organisation.
The Role:
1. Monday - Friday, 39 hours (flexible hours)
2. Managing of Quality processes and improvements
3. Managing a team of 4 direct reports

4. Engineering or manufacturing background
5. Quality engineering experience (ISO9001)
6. Wants to step into a management position
