Deductions Team Leader
Leeds / Hybrid – 3 days in the office per week
About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Retail Deductions professional looking for a new and exciting challenge, by joining a rapidly expanding global brand. You will have worked in a similar role and have the ability to work within a fast paced, high volume environment. This position requires self‑motivation, organization, and the need to be cross functional with the business.
* Processing deductions end to end for your regions
* Escalation point of contact for Analysts
* Managing dispute resolution process
* Weekly analysis/reporting on your region
* Supporting your team on a daily basis
* Working with the wider business to maintain strong relationships
Some of the skills and experience you’ll bring:
* Proven experience in an accounting role
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with accounting software
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
