Job Description
The Elevation programme is designed to help you live and breathe our principles. You’ll discover what it means to think without limits, own it, be relevant, and be the next champion of Digital Marketing. This is a unique opportunity to deliver tangible performance for the UK’s biggest multi‑brand retailer.
What you’ll do
Year 1
You will gain hands‑on experience working across the full marketing mix: campaign media buying, content strategy, social media, performance marketing and SEO.
The areas you will work across are:
* Performance marketing
* CRM & Membership
* Content & SEO
* Retail Media
* Social & Influencer
Alongside your rotations you will also own a specific project end‑to‑end, linked to wider business objectives.
Year 2
You will take your learnings from year 1 and work in a specific area of the business to further develop your skill set.

Qualifications
* Ideally a graduate with a 2:1; preferred degrees – Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Science, Economics, Business Studies, Statistics or Maths.
* If you don’t have a degree, we’re looking for evidence of using digital creatively, such as a small business or social page drawing attention for non‑personal purposes.
* Some practical work experience would be great (placement year, part‑time job etc.).
* Valid right to work in the UK.

* Passionate about a career in digital marketing with a desire for personal development.

Selection Process

4. On‑site assessment centre at Shirebrook HQ (March 2026)
5. Offer issued in April
6. Programme starts September 2026 with an immersive orientation week.
