Change Lives.\n\nWe are seeking a confident, experienced, and values-driven Registered Manager to take on a unique and rewarding opportunity overseeing two small, well-supported children’s homes in Manchester. This is a dual registration role—ideal for a manager who thrives on delivering exceptional care across services while upholding the highest standards of safeguarding and compliance.\n\n💼 About the Role\n\nAs a dual Registered Manager, you will:\n\n * \n\n Hold Ofsted registration for both children’s homes, ensuring high-quality, safe, and nurturing environments.\n\n * \n\n Lead your teams with a strong vision and high expectations for care, education, and outcomes.\n\n * \n\n Manage day-to-day operations across both homes, maintaining full compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted's Quality Standards.\n\n * \n\n Take the lead during Ofsted inspections, managing action plans, embedding improvements, and promoting a learning culture.\n\n * \n\n Drive recruitment, staff development, supervision, and retention of a high-performing team.\n\n * \n\n Maintain strong links with local authorities, social workers, families, and other key stakeholders.\n\n✅ What We’re Looking For\n\n * \n\n Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s residential setting (essential)\n\n * \n\n Proven experience leading or preparing for Ofsted inspections with strong knowledge of inspection frameworks\n\n * \n\n Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare\n\n * \n\n In-depth knowledge of safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and trauma-informed practice\n\n * \n\n Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills\n\n * \n\n Passion for child-centred care and improving life chances\n\n🎁 What’s On Offer\n\n * \n\n Competitive salary with bonus scheme\n\n * \n\n Generous annual leave and pension contributions\n\n * \n\n Excellent training and career progression pathways\n\n * \n\n Supportive senior leadership and dedicated operational support\n\n * \n\n Mileage allowance between homes\n\n🗣️ “We are committed to creating homes where children feel safe, valued, and empowered to grow.”\n\nIf you’re a seasoned Children’s Registered Manager ready to take on an exciting dual-home leadership role, we’d love to hear from you
