Account Manager - Temporary 3 month FTC
Manchester City Centre
Contract Type: Temporary, full time: Monday - Friday 9AM -5PM
Hourly Rate: £13.50 - £15.00 (Weekly pay!)
Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for all things customer service, sales administration and rapport building? We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our client in central Manchester! This is your chance to make a positive impact and assist a busy varied team as they undergo a period of transition!
What You’ll Do
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
* Understanding client requirements and providing tailored solutions
* Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service - heavy comms with marketing, events and facilities
* Manage brand activities via a manned inbox and telephone calls
* Book and schedule meetings
* Meet and greet brands on arrival to site
* Provide admin support to the team - formatting contracts, invoicing and schedules
* Keep internal CRM updated in real time
Who You Are
* An excellent communicator with a passion for relationship‑building
* Proactive and enthusiastic working attitude
* Detail‑oriented and organised, capable of managing multiple accounts
* Good IT skills, proficient user of the entire Microsoft office suite
* Work across multiple projects simultaneously
