Job Description
* Assessing the client’s actual and potential health needs.
* Developing a plan of care designed to meet the needs of the client.
* Implementing the plan of care.
* Performing various nursing techniques such as:
* Taking vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse rate, cardiac rate and respiratory rate)
* Drug administration both oral and parenteral
* IV insertion and care
* NGT insertion and care
* NGT/PEG feeding
* Tracheostomy care
* Catheterization of the urinary bladder
* Suctioning
* Wound dressing
* Others
* Proper coordination with each and other member of the family concerning the client’s welfare.
* With the consent of the client’s family, proper coordination with other health team members is done for the attainment of better service to the client.
* Encouraging any member of the family to observe frequent communication so as to maintain the sense of belongingness.
* Rendering efficient and effective nursing care such as bathing, feeding or any measures that will maintain social well-being.
* Giving clarification or verification to client’s doubtful thought.
* Proper documentation concerning client’s response to the nursing intervention and client’s actual condition.
* Proper endorsement of client to the incoming nurse on duty.
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
* Registered PH Nurse
* With at least 6 Months of Clinical/Bedside Experience
* With English Language Test taken. (OET/IELTs are accepted)
* *Nurse and Midwife ELT Score Requirement
* Reading, Listening and Speaking should be at B/7 or 350 & up
* Writing C+ / 6.5 or 300 & up
