Job Description

3. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
4. Design and implement a robust Talent Management Framework for identifying, assessing, and developing high-potential talent
5. Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to embed structured career pathways and capability development mechanisms.
6. Build and govern a robust learning needs identification process by partnering with business leaders, HRBPs, and SMEs to diagnose capability gaps and design targeted interventions.
7. Lead the end-to-end PMS lifecycle including goal setting, mid-year/annual reviews, and calibration processes.
8. Conceptualise and execute engagement initiatives that foster belonging, motivation, and organisational pride.
9. Lead employee experience and engagement surveys; analyse insights and partner with leadership for action planning.
10. Design and institutionalise a comprehensive R&R framework that drives performance excellence, innovation, and values-led behaviours

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Manager - Corporate HR should have:


11. A postgraduate degree in Human Resources
12. Proven expertise in HR management within the industrial or manufacturing sector between 5-10 years.
13. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.
14. Experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.
15. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholder relationships.
16. Proactive problem-solving abilities and a result-oriented approach.
