3. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
4. Design and implement a robust Talent Management Framework for identifying, assessing, and developing high-potential talent
5. Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to embed structured career pathways and capability development mechanisms.
6. Build and govern a robust learning needs identification process by partnering with business leaders, HRBPs, and SMEs to diagnose capability gaps and design targeted interventions.
7. Lead the end-to-end PMS lifecycle including goal setting, mid-year/annual reviews, and calibration processes.
8. Conceptualise and execute engagement initiatives that foster belonging, motivation, and organisational pride.
9. Lead employee experience and engagement surveys; analyse insights and partner with leadership for action planning.
10. Design and institutionalise a comprehensive R&R framework that drives performance excellence, innovation, and values-led behaviours
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Manager - Corporate HR should have:
