Who we’re looking for
- Court of Protection Solicitor with approximately 4-8 years’ PQE
- Experience managing Deputyship and Attorneyship matters independently
- Ability to run a caseload autonomously while collaborating with senior colleagues
- Strong technical knowledge of Property & Affairs Court of Protection work
- Ambition to develop and grow a specialist department
- Leadership potential and desire to supervise others in the future (Desired)
- Excellent client care and communication skills
What you’ll be doing
- Managing an established caseload of approximately 25 deputyships and 15 attorneyships
- Advising clients, families and professional contacts on Court of Protection matters
- Working autonomously while receiving support and guidance from experienced partners
- Helping develop and expand the Court of Protection offering
- Building relationships with referral sources and internal stakeholders
- Playing a key role in the future growth of the department
- Progressing towards leading your own specialist team as the caseload expands
