The Vacancy
The Ocean Housing Group are looking to appoint a Programme Manageron a Fixed Term basis until 31st January 2026 to support the business with planning, evaluating, coordinating and delivering several complex and client focussed projects.
These projects will play a key role in improving systems and services that directly benefit our customers and communities.
The role is being offered on a Full time,Fixed Term basis on a salary of £41,000 per annum.
You will be responsible in overseeing all aspects of the projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget and within scope. You will be overseeing the setting of deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarising the progress.
The postholder will be involved in the collaboration across the business with internal clients within other departments to ensure the projects are delivered and to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.

It is essential you hold a Level 5 qualification in an appropriate discipline along with GCSE Maths and English Grade 5/C or above or equivalent.
You will have proven working experience in project management with the ability to develop project plans, set up and lead project teams. You have experience of managingprojects in line with natural and prescribed project management frameworks and haveexperience and the ability to coordinate the delivery of simultaneous projects.
This postholder will be able to plan, analyse, communicate and project manage to support the business. You will have excellent team working, interpersonal skillsaswell as being inspirational, motivational and energetic.
