Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Solar Development - Fractional Project & Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in overseeing rooftop solar installation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will be a credible professional capable of methodical and detailed work, with exceptional communication skills and a strong track record in managing complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee sourcing, installation, and electrical connection processes for rooftop solar projects.
• Ensure all necessary approvals are obtained and that projects are compliant with relevant regulations.
• Manage cost control, quality control, and risk management effectively.
• Coordinate with suppliers, site owners, and internal teams to maintain positive relationships and secure good feedback.
• Ensure safety and efficiency are prioritized in all project activities.
• Facilitate project sign-offs with a clear and methodical approach.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in rooftop solar installation projects.
• Demonstrated credibility in the solar development sector.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to ask the right questions and effectively gather feedback.
• Detail-oriented with a methodical approach to project management.
• Proficiency in risk management and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to manage projects within allocated timeframes and budgets.
