Job Description
Due to growth in our R&D department, we are hiring UX/UI Designers for our Cambridge office. This hybrid role requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the office (Thursdays and Fridays).
You will design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI based on user needs, conduct user research and usability tests, and maintain and expand existing design systems. Collaboration with UI development and technical teams is essential to create viable products that balance user needs, business value, and technical feasibility. We encourage experimentation with new ideas and technologies to ensure optimal user experience across desktop, mobile, and client apps.
Required Experience
* Proven track record in UX/UI Design with a passion for understanding user needs
* Experience with the full product design process, from discovery to testing
* Experience with design systems for desktop and mobile platforms
* Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Suite
* Skill in creating infographics and data visualizations
* Strong visual consistency across digital products
* Portfolio showcasing UX/UI work
* Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts like malware and phishing
* Familiarity with Darktrace products and technology is a plus
