We’re growing fast—and our Marketing team is looking for a creative, driven marketer to help shape standout loyalty communications.
As a Customer Communications Executive, you’ll lead the creative development of campaigns for our rewards app—attracting new users and keeping current members engaged across channels like email, SMS, direct mail, and app.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that boost app downloads, drive offer redemptions, and enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver creative communications across multiple channels
2. Write clear briefs and manage asset creation
3. Use insights to drive engagement and optimize campaigns
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand and legal standards
Requirements:
* Experience in B2C marketing or customer communications
* Strong writing, briefing, and campaign delivery skills
* Excellent stakeholder management skills and a creative mindset
* Passion for data-driven marketing and customer engagement
