Responsibilities
* Lead the curriculum for post‑16 English provision, ensuring high‑quality teaching and learning across all learning pathways.
* Drive student progress and value added, with a focus on increasing high grades and measurable outcomes.
* Champion the English curriculum across the college and promote best practice across teams.
* Develop and support staff, building strong, collaborative teams that share a common vision.
* Forge and maintain strong links with colleagues across the college to enhance the student experience.

* Substantial experience leading post‑16 English provision with a proven track record of improving learner outcomes.
* Strong commitment to student success and the delivery of outstanding teaching.
* Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to develop staff and forge cohesive teams.
