Hours of work: Monday to Friday 07.30am-4.30pm (40 hour week)
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 DOE + Commission + Company Bonus

We’re on the lookout for a Business Development Executive to join a vibrant team and help fuel growth by generating qualified leads and booking meetings for field sales reps. This is a pivotal role in the sales engine, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to hit the ground running.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Making high-volume outbound calls (approx. 100 dials/day) to generate 5–10 qualified meetings per week.
* Working closely with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and follow up with tailored resources.
* Using Pipedrive CRM to manage leads, track activity, and maintain a healthy pipeline.
* Collaborating with field sales colleagues to ensure meetings are aligned with territory and customer fit.
* Asking smart qualifying questions to ensure prospects meet the ideal customer profile.
Requirements
* A confident, resilient communicator who’s comfortable spending most of their day on the phone.
* Someone with a proactive mindset and a hunger to succeed.
* Organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage their own workload and targets.
* Experience in a similar outbound sales or lead generation role is ideal, but we’re open on industry background.
