Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Employee Policy and the JD Gyms Brand Standard.
* Conduct daily, weekly and monthly safety checks; report and chase all defects.
* Recruit and manage a team of Fitness Coaches and General Assistants to cover club operations.
* Hold regular team meetings for development and updates.
* Achieve sales and membership targets and maximise secondary spending revenue.
* Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and ensure cleaners meet standards.
* Process weekly banking tasks to minimise waste and maximise profit.
* Enforce uniform standards across the team.
* Deliver outstanding member service and create a positive work environment.
* Serve as an ambassador for JD Gyms.
Skills and Experience
* Proven managerial experience within a leisure or related industry.
* Passionate customer‑service focus and inspirational leadership style.
* Track record of driving sales and coordinating local marketing activities.
* Experience recruiting and managing successful teams.
* Preferably a General Manager role overseeing all business areas, or substantial experience as a Fitness Manager.
