Hear From a Colleague
"My experience working/training with Rodericks Dental Partners has been nothing but positive and supportive. I feel grateful to be surrounded by great colleagues who offer a helping hand whenever necessary. I’ve been fully supported and believed in, which gave me the confidence to assist with treatments like implants and IMOS during training. I had no prior experience in nursing or a clinical environment, but I’ve gained confidence, new knowledge, and understanding. Even when my initial course didn’t go to plan, my manager acted quickly to support me. The team — dentists, fellow nurses, my manager, and reception — have all offered support and shared knowledge. I would recommend working for Rodericks Dental Partners as there are so many different avenues to improve your career, and there is always room to grow within the company." – Grace, Trainee Dental Nurse
