Productions span a wide range of genres, from major tribute concerts and live music experiences to large-scale theatrical productions. Current shows include The Magic of Motown, Cirque – The Greatest Show, K-POP All Stars, and Man In The Mirror, alongside a continually growing portfolio of new concepts and touring titles.
The company operates at significant scale, managing everything from production and logistics through to marketing, ticketing, and customer experience - making it one of the most active and fast-moving promoters in the UK touring market.
The Role
This is not a traditional EA role.
We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive right hand to the Operations Director - someone who is comfortable being fully embedded in the day-to-day running of the business.
You’ll be involved in everything from managing priorities and filtering communications, to attending meetings, tracking actions, and getting stuck into operational detail.
It’s a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll need to be comfortable switching between tasks, making decisions, and keeping things moving.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
* Managing diary, inbox, and meeting scheduling
* Acting as a first point of contact, filtering and responding where appropriate
* Preparing documents and meeting materials
* Attending meetings and ensuring actions are captured and followed through
Operational Support
* Supporting day-to-day operations across live events, ticketing, and accommodation
* Tracking actions and ensuring accountability across teams
* Getting involved in the detail to help keep projects moving
Commercial & Administrative
* Supporting contracts and maintaining accurate documentation
* Assisting with supplier coordination and procurement
* Tracking costs, data, and basic reporting
Coordination & Communication
* Liaising with internal teams, venues, suppliers, and partners
* Supporting internal communication and alignment across the business
* Coordinating meetings, agendas, and follow-ups
Systems & Organisation
* Keeping systems, files, and processes organised and up to date
* Supporting improvements to internal tools and workflows
About You
You’re someone who naturally takes ownership, stays on top of detail, and isn’t afraid to chase things down.
* Previous experience in a PA, EA, or similar role
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Clear and confident communicator
* Proactive and comfortable taking initiative
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
* Professional, reliable, and discreet

Skills

Additional Details
* Full-time, 35 hours per week
* Based on-site in Canvey Island
* Occasional travel may be required
