About the Role
At Cornerstone, we are on a mission to transform how financial insights drive strategic decisions. As Head of FP&A and Investor Relations, you'll be at the heart of this transformation—leading with vision, collaborating across teams, and shaping the narrative that connects our performance to our purpose. This is a unique opportunity to influence the future of telecom infrastructure through data-driven leadership and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the CFO and executive team to craft and execute Cornerstone's financial strategy.
* Deliver strategic insights and scenario modelling to support investment planning and long-term growth.
* Own the full FP&A cycle including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
* Deliver timely, accurate, and actionable financial reports to internal and external stakeholders.
* Develop and lead the investor relations strategy, aligned with Cornerstone's corporate story.
* Build strong relationships with shareholders, analysts, and potential investors.
* Inspire and lead a high-performing FP&A and investor relations team.
* Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
* Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
* Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors and advisors.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Head of (possibly Director in a SME) level experience finance function
* Experience of Private Equity investment models and ways of working (preferable)
* Experience of Long Term business planning tied to strategic planning
* Experience of complex Shareholder/Stakeholder management
* Experience of Telecommunications generally and digital infrastructure (preferable)
* ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional qualification.
* Proven experience in senior FP&A roles, ideally within infrastructure, telecoms, or capital-intensive industries.
* Strong track record in investor relations or external financial communications.
* Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial information.
* Strategic mindset with commercial acumen.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
* Familiarity with private equity-backed or joint venture structures.
