Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial sewing machines
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Conduct inspections and identify potential problems
- Repair or replace faulty parts and components
- Keep accurate records of work performed
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sewing head mechanic or similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanics
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license
