Manufacturing Engineer
Location: North Yorkshire
Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm / Friday 8:00am-1:00pm (39 hours)
Job Type: Permanent, Days
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering manufacturer that designs and produces complex components for highly regulated industries. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer to their team.

The Role:
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and improving production processes, supporting new product introductions and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and optimise manufacturing processes
2. Create and maintain work instructions, build manuals and process documentation
3. Provide hands-on technical support on the shop floor
4. Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and support first-off builds
5. Drive continuous improvement to improve efficiency and reduce waste
6. Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions
