Based near Twickenham, the company offers on-site parking and is within easy walking distance of the station. They operate a hybrid working policy of four days in the office and one day from home. Working closely with a passionate Head of Finance and Finance Director, you will have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as the business continues to grow. With a friendly and supportive office environment, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Finance Manager. As the Senior Finance Manager, you will lead the financial operations of the business, managing the team and overseeing the controls within the finance function. You will develop and mentor the team, fostering a culture of accounting excellence, continuous improvement and strong teamwork across credit control, sales ledger, purchase ledger and payroll. You will take ownership of monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasting, variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations. You will also support the Head of Finance with budgets, forecasting and year-end processes. This role will give you the opportunity to business partner with internal and external stakeholders, preparing financial reports for auditors, banks and other external parties. You will be a qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA) with strong SME experience, solid management accounting expertise and proven leadership skills. As the role is hybrid with four days based in the office, you will need to live within a commutable distance and have the right to work in the UK.
