We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who can inspire, connect, and make a meaningful impact on young people’s lives. About the Role As the Family Firm Coordinator, you will: Lead the development and delivery of the Family Firm project, supporting care-experienced young people as they transition to adulthood. Build strong, trusting relationships with care-experienced young people and key stakeholders, creating a network of support. Apply your understanding of trauma and relationship-based practice to address barriers and foster resilience. Evaluate and monitor the project’s impact and outcomes, presenting findings to funders and stakeholders. About You The ideal candidate will: Hold a degree-level qualification in a relevant field. Have extensive experience working with disadvantaged young people, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their potential. Demonstrate a proven ability to build meaningful relationships with disadvantaged young people, colleagues, and external partners. Be skilled in measuring project outcomes and effectively communicating results to diverse audiences. This post is temporary until April 2026 due to service requirement.
