Role Purpose The Registered Manager is responsible for the leadership, governance and operational management of a regulated care service. This role ensures full CQC compliance and high-quality care delivery aligned with organisational values. Key Responsibilities 1. Leadership and Strategic Management Lead staff teams. Promote a high-quality care culture. 2. Regulatory Compliance and CQC Governance Maintain full compliance with CQC standards. Lead audits, inspections and quality improvements. 3. Service Delivery Oversight Oversee daily operations and care delivery. Ensure assessments, care plans and rotas are accurate. 4. Safeguarding, Health & Safety, and Risk Act as Safeguarding Lead. Manage incidents and investigations. 5. Staff Management and Development Recruit, supervise and support staff. Lead performance reviews and training. 6. Business Development and Stakeholder Engagement Liaise with commissioners and local authorities. Support tendering and service expansion. Person Specification Essential: Level 5 qualification (or working towards). Leadership experience in regulated services. Desirable: Domiciliary or supported living background.
