Job purpose
This role is for our Aelia Duty Free store situated in the departure lounge of Belfast International Airport. As a Sales Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist shoppers with product inquiries, and help drive sales in a retail environment. You will ensure the store is well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing. Additionally, you will handle transactions, manage customer issues, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
Contract
37.5 hours per week, across 5 days | 15 hours per week, across 2 days

9PM-5.30AM

Key responsibilities
* Greet customers and offer assistance with product selection.
* Provide detailed product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
* Assist with stock management, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.

* Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
* Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to store goals.
* Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor.
* Stay updated on product knowledge, store promotions, and policies.
Qualifications
* Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Accessing the airport
A five-year working and personal reference, along with a Criminal Reference Check, will be required for this role as the store is airside in the departures lounge.
