This role provides day-to-day coordination of site-based QHSE activities, including recordkeeping, training support, incident reporting, and audit preparation, to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company standards. Working closely with the UK QHSE Manager, the Coordinator helps maintain effective QHSE systems at the Wakefield / Haverhill site and promotes continuous improvement in site-based QHSE performance. Essential Responsibilities/Accountabilities Site-Based QHSE Support Provide day-to-day QHSE coordination and support at the UK headquarters, acting as the first point of contact for site teams. Assist in implementing QHSE policies, procedures, and safe systems of work in alignment with company and regulatory requirements. Support the planning and execution of site risk assessments, inspections, and safety walks; track and follow up on corrective actions. Maintain site QHSE documentation, including training records, compliance registers, incident logs, and audit evidence. Support emergency preparedness activities, including drills, equipment checks, and recordkeeping. Training & Communication Coordinate and schedule safety training, toolbox talks, and inductions for employees, freelancers, and contractors at Wakefield / Haverhill. Maintain training records and ensure refresher training is tracked and delivered. Support awareness campaigns and communications to strengthen a proactive QHSE culture across the site. Incident & Audit Support Assist in incident reporting and investigation processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up on corrective actions. Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, tracking findings, and coordinating responses. Provide input and data to the UK QHSE Manager for reporting and analysis of trends. Systems & Data Update and maintain QHSE management systems and digital compliance platforms used in the UK. Ensure accurate and timely entry of incident, inspection, and training data. Assist in producing dashboards, metrics, and reports for site and regional leadership.
