The Role
* Lead and inspire the sales team to deliver exceptional results across multiple sites.
* Drive sales strategy, pricing, and customer journey to maximise revenue and profitability.
* Work closely with the board to align sales performance with wider business objectives.
* Provide strong leadership, coaching, and development to ensure a high-performing, motivated team at all times.
* Represent the business externally, building strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
About You
1. An established Sales Director (or very experienced Head of Sales ready for the step up) within the new build housing industry.
2. Proven track record of delivering sustained sales growth within a residential developer.
3. Commercially astute, strategic, and hands-on when needed.
