Key Responsibilities:
As Assistant Manager, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a top-quality guest experience:
6. Support team supervision, training, and scheduling
7. Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest queries
8. Assist with wine recommendations and product knowledge
9. Oversee stock control and supplier deliveries
10. Support cash handling, reporting, and cost management
11. Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety regulations
12. Assist with opening/closing and service as required
