We are looking for a skilled Plumber to join a well-established contractor delivering maintenance and refurbishment works, primarily within void properties with occasional tenanted work when required.
You will be responsible for delivering a full range of plumbing duties to a high standard, ensuring properties are ready for occupation and maintained effectively.
The Plumber role includes:
* Core plumbing works across domestic properties
* Pipework installation and maintenance
* Bathroom and kitchen fitting
* Plumbing installs and upgrades
* Drainage works and fault finding
* General plumbing repairs and maintenance
To be successful as a Plumber, you will need:
* NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (minimum requirement)
* Proven experience in a similar Plumber role
* Ability to carry out all aspects of plumbing work independently
* Experience working within social housing or similar environments
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
