Job Description
The Management Accountant will ensure the financial integrity of the transactions in SAP Business One and Fidelo. They will assist the junior members of the department so that month end deadlines, and statutory reporting requirements are met.
The working hours for this role open a standard 37.5 hours with additional hours where required by the business.
1. Duties & Responsibilities
* Making sure that all revenue information in Fidelo is reflected in SAP business one this includes invoicing commissions and any other data that is required monthly.
* Ensuring that all balance sheet recs are maintained monthly and liaising with members of the team where necessary.
* Making sure that all VAT returns are supplied on time for review by the Senior Management Accountant prior to submission to HMRC.
* Assist in the statutory reporting to Companies House and ensure that these are filed on time
* Assist in the budgeting exercise.
* Provide support in other projects that may be undertaken by the department.
2. Internal Communications
* Provide support to all teams across BSC as required, keeping the teams regularly updated on pertinent information
* Maintain a sufficient product knowledge of BSC’s portfolio of products in order to best understand how the role supports the needs of the Commercial and Operational Teams

* Qualified/Undertaking study of either ACCA, ACA or CIMA
* Minimum of 2 years prior experience
Desired Experience/Skills:
* Process improvement experience a distinct advantage
* Experience of SAP and Fidelo an advantage
