Qualifications and Skills
* Proficient in MS Office tools.
* Experience with commercial reporting, supporting procurement, and understanding of H&S regulations.
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (or equivalent).
* Supporting professional memberships (e.g., MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE).
* Experience in delivering projects within the construction sector, with expertise in construction management and financial acumen.
* Ability to build stakeholder relationships and knowledge of sustainability considerations in projects.
