Overview
Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Clothing & Home section, where you'll be a champion of our stylish products, on-trend designs, and exceptional customer service. We're looking for passionate and fashion-forward individuals who are excited to dress the nation.
Work pattern and shifts: Saturday 14:00 - 22:00; Sunday 11:45 - 19:45; Friday 14:00 - 22:00. Flexibility to work across store areas is required.
Responsibilities
* Serve our customers efficiently, both on the shop floor and at service points.
* Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring shelves are stocked.
* Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities.
* Proactively engage with customers to understand needs, make recommendations, and deliver remarkable service.
* Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services.
* Utilise digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer.
Key Accountabilities
* Provide excellent customer service and support on the shop floor and at service points.
* Maintain store presentation and stock levels.
* Engage with customers to identify needs and suggest appropriate products.
* Contribute to achieving sales targets and promotions.
