This highly regarded international firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Employment team in Liverpool. The Opportunity This position offers the chance to work closely with an industry leading employment law partner. Key Responsibilities Advising employers, business owners, HR professionals, in-house counsel, and senior executives on the full spectrum of employment law issues. Handling a mix of contentious and non-contentious work, including discrimination, whistleblowing, redundancy, TUPE, dismissals, and tribunal claims. Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures. Supporting on corporate transactions and providing strategic employment advice. Building and maintaining long-term client relationships. Supervising and developing junior members of the team. About You This role will suit a qualified solicitor with demonstrable experience in employment law, ideally with corporate support exposure. The team is happy to consider applications from candidates looking to return to the profession as well as those qualified via both the SRA and CILEx routes.
