Taking care of overall Facility & Admin activities.
1. Daily, Weekly, Monthly technical check per PPM schedule.
2. Attending TT calls for corrective maintenance, service and repair works.
3. Coordinate with vendor for systems under warranty/AMC.
4. Energy consumption reading.
5. DG maintenance.
6. Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical.
7. Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods and materials.
8. Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components such as photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tacks, and encoders.
9. Support production by working safely and customer-focused.
10. Refurbishment and upgrade works for building finishes, fixtures, fittings, equipment, fixed furniture, and OPS equipment like trolley, cages, and carts.
11. Fire alarm & fire extinguishers regular checks.
12. Maintenance, oiling, greasing of carts, trolleys, pumps, and rolling shutters.
13. Attend electrical works regularly.
14. Issue height work and hot work permits.
15. Attend civil & plumbing corrective maintenance calls.
16. Provide daily reports on TT closures, open cases, RCA, and incident reports.
17. Update tools inventory using EAM tool.
18. Perform PPM schedule maintenance as per EAM/PPM schedule.
19. Manage soft services activities such as pest control, housekeeping, scrap & waste disposal.
20. Handle agency staff and overall shift management.
Basic Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronics Engineering with 3+ years of experience.
