Position Overview:
We are seeking 3 experienced Senior Project Managers to join our NPD commercialization team. You will lead a team of 1-3 commercialization project managers responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a pipeline of Innovation, Supply Optimization, Productivity, Promotions, and Maintenance projects across our Monster, Affordable, and Strategic Brand portfolio into the rapidly growing, high-traffic EMEA region.
Working closely with the Director of Commercial and Supply Chain Programmes, you will be accountable for approximately 600 projects annually across multiple regions within EMEA and own the commercialization relationship with regional bottling partners. Collaborating with local and global commercial and operations stakeholders, you will ensure clarity of project scope and successful implementation, both personally and through your team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, results-oriented, and experienced in upstream and downstream FMCG project delivery, with a passion for the Monster brand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management of Complex Programmes
* Lead scoping and manage the delivery of innovation, optimization, and productivity programs within the NPD portfolio, from concept to launch.
* Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing and phasing to effectively deliver objectives across EMEA regions.
* Anticipate and mitigate risks, proactively addressing challenges to ensure success.
2. Team Management
* Manage a team of 1-3 project managers, providing guidance and leadership to ensure successful project delivery on time and in full (OTIF).
* Mentor and coach team members to maximize performance, quality, and adherence to processes.
* Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and support career development.
3. Enable High-Quality Team Performance
* Audit project quality and process adherence, ensuring best practices are followed.
* Address deviations through corrective actions.
* Navigate issues at strategic and detailed levels, providing thorough options analysis and documentation for decision-making.
4. Developing Influential Relationships
* Build high-trust relationships with commercial, operational, and external partners to facilitate project success.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align project objectives with their needs and priorities.
* Use relationships to facilitate communication, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus, respecting cultural diversity.
5. Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement
* Understand department processes and systems, becoming a resource for your team and colleagues.
* Identify and implement opportunities to streamline commercialization processes.
* Promote continuous improvement through root cause analysis and project reviews.
6. Utilize Data Analysis and Reporting
* Use data tools to analyze project performance data.
* Generate reports and insights to inform decisions and optimize outcomes.
* Distribute regular project status reports highlighting key metrics and milestones.
7. Contribution to NPD Department Strategy & Engagement
* Contribute insights and recommendations to shape departmental strategy.
* Support strategic initiatives, goals, and growth.
* Foster an engaging environment that motivates employees.
About You:
* Proficiency in Project Management: Strong understanding of methodologies, tools, and leading project teams within a stage-gate process.
* Team Management: Experience managing 1-3 team members, supporting their development.
* End-to-End NPD Project Delivery Knowledge: Understanding of FMCG NPD processes from concept to delivery.
* Data Analysis Skills (Excel / Power BI / SAP): Ability to analyze data and manage KPIs.
* Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and alignment.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Attention to Detail: Meticulous in processes and data management.
* Process Optimization: Ability to improve workflows and drive efficiency.
* Risk Management: Skilled in identifying and resolving risks and issues.
* Strategic Planning: Capable of developing and executing strategic plans.
