Assistant Asset Manager Chorley £25,000 - £28,000 + Benefits

The firm operates across Commercial Asset Management, Construction, and Land
This family-owned, private company is looking for an Assistant Asset Manager to join their expanding team, based at their Head Office in Chorley.
They currently operate across multiple office locations across the UK, with coverage from the North West through to Scotland.
This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart or accelerate your career in commercial property, working within a supportive team environment and gaining hands-on experience across a large and diverse multi-let portfolio extending from Chorley to Carlisle.
Not only will you receive daily on-the-job training and guidance but also the support needed to pursue further education and become a chartered Surveyor.

Your Role
Working as part of a team of four, you'll be supported to develop the skills needed to manage a commercial property portfolio. Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as the main point of contact between landlord and tenant
* Arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating lease terms, and progressing deals to completion
* Maximising occupancy in collaboration with Marketing and Credit Control teams
* Handling all estate management matters including lease renewals, rent reviews, and inspections
* Liaising with in-house surveyors and contractors to manage maintenance and repair works
* Managing statutory compliance across a range of assets
What you will have
Commercial or Residential Property Management experience would be ideal.
A RICS accredited degree is desirable.
A keen interest in Commercial Property.
Full UK driving licence.
