We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Eyelash Extension Technician to join our luxury salon team. The ideal candidate will bring over 6 years of hands-on experience, specializing in advanced lash artistry including handmade fan creation, custom set design, and precision styling. With a strong background in beauty therapy, you will deliver exceptional services that enhance each client's unique beauty while maintaining the highest standards of safety, artistry, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
* Provide expert lash extension services including Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Custom handmade fan sets.
* Conduct client consultations to understand desired outcomes and recommend tailored lash styles.
* Apply advanced lash mapping, styling, and retention techniques to deliver luxury results.
* Ensure all services are performed to the highest hygiene and safety standards.
* Build and maintain loyal client relationships through exceptional customer service and professionalism.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, new lash techniques, and product innovations.
* Support salon growth by promoting services, retail products, and client education on aftercare.
* Uphold salon standards for cleanliness, teamwork, and a positive, professional environment.
Requirements
* Minimum of 6 years' proven experience as a Lash Technician, with advanced handmade fan ability.
* Certificate/Diploma in Beauty Therapy (essential).
* Strong technical knowledge of Classic, Russian Volume, Hybrid, Wispy, and Custom lash sets.
* Excellent understanding of lash health, retention, and aftercare education.
* Outstanding attention to detail, precision, and artistry.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage and retain clients.

Pay: £12.21-£34.84 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
