We're looking for a skilled Modern Workplace / M365 Engineer to join our growing team within a fast‑paced Managed Service Provider. You'll play a key role in designing, delivering, and supporting Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace solutions for a diverse range of clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer who loves problem‑solving, modern management, and staying ahead of the curve with Microsoft cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities Deliver expert-level support, administration, and engineering across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Deploy, configure, and optimise Microsoft Intune for device management, compliance, application deployment, and security baselines. Support and contribute to the rollout of Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access policies, identity governance, and Zero Trust principles. Administer and enhance Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and related collaboration services. Participate in Modern Workplace project delivery-migrations, onboarding, tenant optimisation, and automation workstreams. Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures. Work closely with clients to understand issues, provide guidance, and deliver an excellent customer experience. Troubleshoot complex M365 and endpoint issues to resolution within SLA. Proactively identify improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices within deployments and ongoing services. Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, including Intune, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Entra ID. Experience of modern management concepts such as Autopilot, configuration profiles, compliance rules, and device lifecycle management. Knowledge of security features such as Conditional Access, MFA, Defender for Endpoint, and identity protection. Experience working in an MSP or multi‑tenant environment (highly desirable). Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across identity, devices, applications, and cloud services. Clear communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset. Relevant Microsoft certifications (MD‑102, MS‑102, AZ‑900, MS‑700) are a plus.
