Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Administrator and play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences!

Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Location: Coleshill, B46

Salary: 25K

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

1. 08.30 am to 05.00 pm
2. 09.00 am to 05.30 pm

Job Type: Full time, permanent

The Customer Service Administrator should proactively assist in administration support for the effective running of our warehouse operations through data input, record keeping and liaising with customers both internal and external with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Main Duties and responsibilities of Customer Service Administrator :

3. Ensure a safe working environment by complying with laws, company policies, and health & safety guidelines.
4. Maintain agreed customer service levels and KPIs.
5. Handle customer queries, keep customers and management updated on progress.
6. Log and resolve customer claims within the required time frame, liaising with internal departments, third parties, and insurance as needed.
7. Manage goods-in calendar and board according to labour resources.
8. The Customer Service Administrator should control stock, support investigations, and manage stock movement.
9. Manage the inbox, handle booking requests, and general customer and supplier inquiries.
10. Ensure drivers have the correct paperwork for deliveries and are aware of any customer requirements.
11. Participate in projects for continual improvement and increased profitability.
12. The Customer Service Administrator should perform any other ad-hoc accounts or admin tasks as needed.

Key requirements of Customer Service Administrator :

13. Candidates should live locally in Coleshill
14. Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
15. A 'can do' approach to problem-solving
16. The Customer Service Administrator should ideally have 2 years' experience of working in a busy logistics office.
