About the role

Cormac is seeking a Administrative Assistant to join our team, providing vital support across our Valet service area. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll play a key part in maintaining smooth and efficient operations.

You’ll be involved in a range of tasks including:

1. Supporting services such as Valeting and Compliance
2. Performing data entry and validation
3. Creating and processing invoices

4. Assisting with the daily coordination of valet services
5. Creating reports and monitoring key business processes
6. Raising and processing purchase orders and stock
7. Helping the team leaders

You’ll use a range of IT systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power BI, our in-house Fleet Management system, and the Corporate Finance system.

About you

We’re looking for organised, detail-oriented individuals with a positive, can-do attitude. You’ll be someone who thrives in a busy environment and is confident using technology to manage and support administrative processes.

Essential skills and experience:

8. Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and digital
9. Previous experience in an administrative role
10. Confident liaising with internal and external stakeholders professionally and sensitively
11. Respect for confidentiality
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and social media platforms
13. Ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively

Salary: £, (pro rata)

Working Hours: hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Base: This role is hybrid working from home and our office based in Redruth, Scorrier

Closing Date: Midnight Sunday th June
