Your new company A well-established public sector organisation based at its HQ in Lisburn is seeking short-term support within its People and Culture / Organisational Development function. This is a hands-on opportunity to join a values-led team delivering practical learning, leadership and engagement activity. Your new role As Learning & Organisational Development Business Partner, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of the OD and learning function, enhancing the capability of leaders, line managers, and the wider workforce. You will partner with defined business areas to implement established L&OD and OD plans, and lead delivery in priority areas of the People Strategy, which may include leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, and coaching. Key responsibilities include: Partnering with allocated business areas, providing expert L&OD advice to managers and stakeholders Designing, developing and facilitating workshops and learning interventions Contributing to organisational change, engagement and culture initiatives, helping to minimise resistance and build buy-in Completing learning needs analysis and evaluating training impact using clear measures and reporting Supporting performance frameworks, compliance learning and blended approaches Supporting delivery of OD and learning projects, with awareness of budget, governance and deadlines What you'll need to succeed To be considered, you will meet all of the following: Minimum 3 years' experience in L&D or Organisational Development Experience partnering with and advising managers or leaders Experience supporting organisational change, engagement or leadership development Strong capability in learning needs analysis and evaluation CIPD Level 5 qualification Able to work on-site in Lisburn What you'll get in return £21.09 per hour Up to 6 months (with potential extension) A clear delivery remit with established frameworks and support The chance to contribute to meaningful leadership and engagement work in a high-impact environment What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or email or call Matthew on.
