Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to manage and coordinate the planned preventative maintenance (PPM) for an existing contract. This role involves working closely with our client to ensure the successful delivery of maintenance activities in line with contract requirements and service level agreements.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, responsive to client needs, and able to build strong, trusted relationships. By partnering effectively with clients, the successful candidate will help us deliver long-term, sustainable contracts.

About The Role

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement effective site-specific reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance and life cycle replacement programmes to ensure the asset meets the required statutory legislation and service standards.

- Oversee and support improvements to service delivery performance, collation and provision of all required reporting, contract administration

- Participate in the preparation and development of site-specific life cycle replacement programmes deriving from PPM reports.

- Manage all employed labour on site. Manage all sub-contractors and service providers.

- Adhere to management systems and procedures in order to facilitate the smooth running of the contract.

- Manage/interface with clients Helpdesk facility.

- Effectively and pro-actively liaise with the Client and end users to ensure effective communication lines and a good working relationship is maintained.

- Ensure the timely supply of site management information as and when required. Monitor expenditure against budget and production of monthly cost reports.

- Maintain contractual performance against KPIs

- Acting in a pro-active and professional manner with the ability to solve problems and think on your feet.

Health & Safety:

- Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policy at all times

- Report any accidents or issues regarding health & safety appropriately

- Ensure all Risk Assessments & safe systems of work are read, understood, signed and followed

- Observe & follow all manual handling practices

* Be capable of working on own initiative
* Ability to work methodically and with attention to detail
* Good communication skills
* Have a good timekeeping and attendance record
* Have excellent organisational skills
* Demonstrate a flexible attitude towards assigned tasks
* Be reliable & committed
* Participate in overtime when required
* Have excellent numerical skills

Required Criteria

* At least 3 years’ experience of coordinating multi -disciplinary teams on a facilities management contract with an annual turnover greater than £500k.
* IT skills are required with experience of using scheduling software for management of resources.
* Full UK Driving License
* As part of our recruitment process an Access NI disclosure will be required. The role may also require the successful candidate to undertake work specific training on the job or externally
