We are seeking a hands on, detail-oriented analyst to join our Sales Management team.
Established in 1994, Dunster House Ltd is a growing family-run, international business currently employing over 500 people across our 14 UK sites.
With over 30 years of designing, manufacturing, and retailing garden lifestyle products we are proud to be garden building specialists and distribute our products on our own fleet of vehicles to our customers.
This job is based out of our Bedford Headquarters – MK41 0LF
Job Includes:
* Sales forecasting, working closely with sales to ensure data accuracy in CRM systems
* Creating, improving and implementing various KPI’s into the Sales Team
* Lead Management-Working with the National Sales Team to ensure that all sales leads are worked to their full potential
* Pipeline and sales productivity reporting; delivering accurate product, and individual sales performance reporting.
* Deliver sales metrics, dashboards and other ad-hoc analytical tasks
* Constantly looking into ways to make the department more efficient
* Being involved in managing the day to day running of the Sales Department and leading shifts if required
* Provide ongoing support and training to the Sales Team.
* Working on average 40 hours per week, less if working a weekend, working 5 days out of 7
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Excel and experience with analytics tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus.
* Experience using a CRM
* Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent listening and communication skills
* Sociability and ability to establish relationships
* Eagerness to learn about our fantastic products and to pass this knowledge onto customers
* Right to work in the UK without sponsorship
Benefits:
* Starting Salary - £27,000
