Job Description
As a Catastrophic Injury Paralegal your duties will include:
* Assist solicitors in preparing and managing catastrophic injury case files.
* Draft documents and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Gather and organise evidence, medical records, and other relevant documentation.
* Maintain effective communication with clients, experts, and third parties.
* Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
* Manage deadlines and ensure timely submission of documents.
* Attend meetings and court hearings to provide support as required.
* Maintain accurate records and update case management systems.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Catastrophic Injury Paralegal should have:
* Relevant qualifications in law or legal studies.
* Experience working personal injury or catastrophic injury.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
* Proficiency in research and case management systems.
