* Collaborate with candidates to support their progression towards MRICS status.
Qualifications and Experience
* MRICS accreditation or equivalent professional qualification.
* A minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years at Associate Director or Director level.
* Strong experience in various sectors such as residential, education, manufacturing, commercial, industrial, and healthcare.
* Proven success in business development and client relationship management.
* Track record in growing and developing a team.
* In-depth knowledge of the regional market and strong industry connections.
