Rullion are looking to recruit for the following role: Proposals Manager Location : Lincoln Teal Park ASAP Start 12 months rolling contract Inside IR35 £35 Per hour PAYE/ £47 PH Umbrella 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday Weekly pay The Proposals Manager is going to report to the Sales & Execution Region Head, you will be responsible for all nominated proposal writing activities within the PM010 (Go/ No Go) through to PM080 (Project Handover). Working closely with your colleagues within the Sales and Commercialisation teams you will be expected to provide technically accurate and commercially / financially compliant proposals so assist in the department meeting the company's Order Entry and Key Performance targets. Some of other duties include; External Contacts: End customers, sub-suppliers, third party companies working on behalf of the customer. Internal customers which include Regional Siemens Energy Entities, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics, Contract Management, Compliance, Field Service, Customer Support Managers, Business Administration, Manufacturing & production Support in maintaining a process which allows in excess of 500 firm or budgetary proposals to be submitted to our customers within a 12-month period.
