Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you'll work across all premium/luxury beauty brands, offering expert, unbiased advice to customers and providing them with the best in-store experience.
This is a sales-based role with targets to meet. We promote teamwork over individual competition, so there is no performance-based commission. Instead, we offer up to £1000 annually in a product allowance for you to test, love, and recommend our products.
This role is engaging and allows you to utilize your sales and communication skills as you interact with a diverse range of customers throughout the day.
You will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of our stores, ensuring the beauty hall and makeup counters are well-stocked, clean, and tidy at all times.
We provide expert, hands-on training with premium brands, along with a comprehensive online learning platform to enhance your beauty expertise.
You will have opportunities to participate in our virtual and in-person conferences, which offer immersive educational experiences for our Beauty Specialists.
There may also be opportunities to contribute to social media content, support events, or participate in exciting campaigns.
