As a Host at
Covent Garden Hotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests,
setting the tone for their dining experience.
Responsibilities:
* Greeting
and seating guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanour
* Building
and maintaining positive relationships with guests
* Managing reservations
and ensuring an efficient flow of guests
* Assisting
with special requests and accommodating guest needs
* Collaborating
with the restaurant team to provide seamless service
What you Need:
* A genuine
passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service
* Excellent
communication skills and the ability to connect with people effortlessly
* Enthusiasm,
warmth, and a positive attitude
* Keen
attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
* Previous
experience in a similar environment is a plus, but not essential
