We are looking for a meticulous Quality Inspector. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all incoming materials and components meet the required quality standards before they reach production. Key Responsibilities:
· Inspect incoming materials, components, and supplies against drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
· Review supplier certificates of compliance, test reports, and other documentation.
· Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
· Document inspection results accurately in logs, databases, and quality records.
· Identify nonconforming materials and ensure they are handled according to company procedures.
· Work closely with Purchasing and Engineering teams to resolve supplier quality issues.
· Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment.
· Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives related to supplier quality.
· Follow all safety protocols, quality policies, and work instructions.
What We’re Looking For:
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in quality inspection, preferably in manufacturing or automotive.
· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
· Experience with basic measuring tools and inspection techniques.
· Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems is advantageous.
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Good communication skills and ability to work with internal teams and suppliers.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems desirable).
